Return Policy
We take pride in our product and our production standards in maintaining the highest quality possible so that you can enjoy our melts. As with all handcraft or handmade items, slight colour variation and wax finishes will vary by batch. If you feel the product you received is not up to standard, send us a note here or at info@aogshops.com and we will look into it!
Returns
The return must be made within 30 days after receiving the package.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered condition.
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Cancellation
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

We currently do not offer exchanges. But feel free to place a new order once your return has been processed.
